    View Recipe - Print Recipe

This easy Oreo fudge is made with only 3 ingredients! White chocolate, condensed milk, and Oreos come together to make a delicious sweet homemade fudge.

My favourite thing about this recipe is that it's no bake. It's seriously so easy!

This 3 ingredient fudge is super simple to make. Chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk is melted using a double boiler method.

Oreos are added and mixed in. Then it’s transferred into a square pan, chilled, and that’s it!

    Why this recipe works

    Easy – Only 3 ingredients!

Flexible – Don’t have or like Oreos? Substitute for another candy, chocolate, or nuts!

No bake – So easy to make!

    Ingredients Notes

Chocolate chips – I used white chocolate chips. Feel free to use semi-sweet chocolate!

Sweetened condensed milk – Make sure you use this, and not evaporated milk. They both come in cans, so it’s easy to confuse the two!

Oreos – I used regular-sized, but you can use mini ones as well! I feel like double stuffed will be to thick.

    Step by step instructions

Here is how to make these 3 ingredient Oreo fudge. You will need an 8×8 square pan lined with parchment paper, a large mixing bowl, and a spatula.

Step 1 – Prepare pan. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or foil. If using foil, grease with oil. Set aside.

Step 2 – Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk together. In a large bowl, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. I like to do this using a double boiler method.

This is when you place a pot of water on the stove and add the bowl on top. Make sure the water and bowl aren’t touching. The heat from the water warms the bowl which in turn melts the chocolate!

Step 3 – Add Oreos. Remove from heat and toss in the broken Oreo pieces and mix in.

Step 4 – Spread out evenly. Transfer into your prepared pan and spread out evenly. Top off with extra Oreos if desired.

Step 5 – Chill. Place the fudge into the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours minimum. When ready, remove, slice, and enjoy!

I keep this fudge refrigerated, and I recommend you do the same!

    Expert Baking Tips

Here are a few baking tips from my kitchen to yours

    • Not a fan of Oreos? Add in your favourite chocolate or candy!
    • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
    • When ready to slice, remove from the pan and cut on a cutting board. This will give you easier and cleaner cuts!

    FAQ

My chocolate condensed milk mixture is clumpy?

This means you have burned your chocolate. Make sure you are using a double boiler method, or melting it in 15 second intervals in the microwave and stirring between each time.

What is a double boiler method?

A double boiler method is a kitchen tool used for applying gentle heat on the stovetop to melt down ingredients.

To do a double boiler method: Grab a large saucepan and add 1-2 inches of water. Place on the stove top on medium heat. Grab your heat-proof bowl and put it on top of the pan. It’s important that the water doesn’t touch the bowl.

Add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into the bowl. The steam from the simmering water will warm the contents of the bowl gently with indirect heat.

I prefer using this method for melting down ingredients rather than using a microwave because a microwave can give you inconsistent distribution of heat on your ingredients.
