These dreamy Nutella brownies only require 4 ingredients! Can you believe it? They are rich and fudgy brownies made with loads of Nutella.

I love easy recipes, and this one is just that.
Fun fact, I actually made these Nutella Brownies on my YouTube channel back in 2019 and today I am sharing them here on my blog.
The brownies come together in one bowl and are so simple to bake. Let's get started!

Why this recipe works
- Easy to make – This recipe only requires one bowl and all the ingredients can be found in your pantry.
- Nutella flavour – Nutella brings a great flavour to these brownies. It is both in the batter and swirled on top before baking.
- Fudgy texture- These brownies have an incredibly fudgy texture. No cakey brownies here!
Ingredients Notes
- Baking soda - A leavening agent in these brownies.
- Eggs - Make sure they're at room temperature before beginning.
- Flour - All-purpose flour must be used in these brownies.
- Nutella – I did use the Nutella brand, but any chocolate hazelnut spread should work the same as long as it is the same consistency.

Step 3 - Add in flour and baking soda. Add in the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined.

Expert Baking Tips
Here are a few expert baking tips from my kitchen to yours
- Do not over-mix the dry ingredients while mixing.
- Line the sides of the tray with parchment paper and spray down with non-stick spray or oil. This is the best way to ensure your brownies don’t stick to the sides!
- It’s better to under bake, than over bake.
- My last tip is to not eat them all at once!!! Haha

FAQ
My brownies sank in the middle!?
Did you remove them from the oven to quickly? Are they super fudgy in the middle? Most likely if you say yes, your brownies need to bake for longer, and once they are done baking the brownies need to sit with the oven door open for about 10 minutes before removing them onto your counter to chill.
Can I double the recipe?
For sure! Honestly that’s how I do it because 9 brownies is not enough! Make it in a 9×13 pan.
Can I substitute any of these ingredients?
Unfortunately because this recipe has such minimal ingredients, if you substitute any of them you risk your brownies not turning out at all.
