Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease an 8×8 pan. For easy removal of the brownies, place parchment paper on the bottom and 2 sides of the pan.
In a large bowl, add the Nutella and eggs. Whisk together until well combined, about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. This will give you that crackly brownie top we all love.
1 cup Nutella, 2 eggs
Add in the flour and baking soda and mix with a spatula until just combined.
2/3 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 18-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs and not wet batter.
Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!
