I love making these ahead of time and meal prepping them for the week. I am obsessed with granola so I find myself making these quite often, especially with the summer heat wave we're currently in!

These come together in a few easy steps and are so tasty. They are perfectly crunchy and sweet. Every bite is full of chocolate and granola!

    Step by step instructions

Here is how to put together these 4 Ingredient No Bake Granola Bars. You will need a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper, a mixing bowl, and a spatula.

Step 1: Melt chocolate. Add the chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl and melt it either using a double boiler method or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat.

Step 2: Mix in peanut butter. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth.

Step 3: Add in granola. The best part! Mix in your favourite granola until evenly coated.

Step 4: Transfer. Add into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Once chilled, remove, slice, and enjoy!

    FAQ

How do I store these bars?

Since they are a no bake, they must be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight when not eating. They stay good for 1 week like this.

    What granola should I use?

You can use any granola you have on hand! That's the best part about this recipe, it's super flexible. I used Harvest Crunch.

    Can I use any oil?

Yes, but I recommend coconut or melted butter for a bit more flavour!

    Can I use chocolate chips?

Yes, chocolate chips or a chocolate bar work. You can use any kind, I recommend dark or semi-sweet.

    Instructions

    • Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
    • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Remove from the heat. Then add in the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips*, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • Add in the granola. Start with adding in 3 1/2 cups. Every granola is different, so you find it is to runny, add in another 1/2 cup. Stir all together and combine.
      3 1/2 cups granola
    • Transfer into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
    • Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Once ready, slice however you'd like and enjoy!
    • Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container when not consuming.

    Equipment

    9x9 Baking Pan
    Parchment Paper
    Gram Scale
    Spatula

    Notes

Chocolate chips - You can use any kind of chocolate, whether it's a chocolate bar or chocolate chips.
Coconut oil - Butter works as well, I prefer coconut oil as it adds more flavour!
Peanut Butter - Creamy or crunchy peanut butter works, but do not use natural! It is to runny.
