Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Remove from the heat. Then add in the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips*, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Add in the granola. Start with adding in 3 1/2 cups. Every granola is different, so you find it is to runny, add in another 1/2 cup. Stir all together and combine.

Transfer into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Once ready, slice however you'd like and enjoy!
Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container when not consuming.
