This is my new favourite no bake treat. It is so simple and tasty. My favourite part about it is that you can use any of your favourite berries! I used blueberries and raspberries.

The pistachios on top adds a nice crunch and more flavour. Once again, you can use any kind of nuts. This recipe is so flexible! This bark would be so delicious with chopped up hazelnuts or almonds too!

    Ingredients Notes

Here are the 4 ingredients needed for this bark. For the full recipe details, nutritional facts, and more, continue scrolling to the recipe card below.

    • Chocolate - I used a mix of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. You can use chocolate chips or a chocolate bar. I used chocolate bars.
    • Coconut oil - While optional, it helps make the chocolate more smooth and adds a bit more flavour to the bark! You can also use butter if you'd like, or omit this completely.
    • Berries - Any berries work, that's my favourite part about this recipe. I used raspberries and blueberries.
    • Pistachios - Any nuts work as well. I used chopped up salty pistachios, but I feel like this would taste amazing with almonds or hazelnuts too!

    Step by step instructions

Here is how to make this 4 Ingredient Chocolate Berry Bark. You will need an 8x4 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and a spatula.

Step 1 - Melt the chocolate. I used the double boiler method and used half dark chocolate half milk chocolate. Melt until smooth, then add in the coconut oil and stir to combine. Remove from the heat.

Step 2 - Sprinkle berries. In the prepared pan, sprinkle the blueberries and raspberries, covering the entire bottom of the pan as best as possible.

Step 3 - Drizzle chocolate. Evenly drizzle the chocolate across the top of the berries as best as possible. Add some chopped pistachios on top.

Step 4 - Cool. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes or until hard. Slice into bark, and enjoy!

    FAQ

How do I store this bark?

When not eating, keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It can stay like this for up to 1 week!

    Can I double the recipe?

Yes! You can double or even triple the recipe and use a larger pan (9x9 or 8x8).

Can I do this on a baking tray?

Yes, but the chocolate may spread a bit further than you'd like! That's why I like to do it in a pan with tall sides.
