White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

Instructions
Line a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper.
Using the double boiler method, melt together the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk on low. Stir well to combine.
Remove from heat and add in dried cranberries and vanilla extract. Continue mixing.
Quickly transfer into prepared pan and spread evenly. Top off with sugar sprinkles if desired.
Place into refrigerator to set for minimum of 3 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container if needed.
