Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp brown sugar
Add in the seed butter and vanilla and continue mixing using a spatula.
1 pack Healthy Crunch's Chocolate Banana Seed Butter Single Serve, 1 tbsp vanilla
Toss in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold until a dough forms.
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp all-purpose flour, pinch of salt
Toss in the chocolate chips and fold just a few times until incorporated.
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Roll the cookie into a ball and place in the middle of your prepared cookie sheet. You may flatten it gently if you'd like to get a thinner, wider cookie.
Bake at 350°F for 13 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey. Remove from oven. Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet until set. Enjoy!
