Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside. Make sure it is lined well, this can be sticky! You can also grease the sides with oil to be extra safe. Set aside.
Using a double boiler method, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large heat proof bowl.
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Once melted, remove from the heat and add in M&M's. Stir a few times.
1/2 cup regular sized M&M's
Transfer into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle a few extra M&M's on top if desired!
Place in the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 2 hours. Once ready, remove from pan and place on a cutting board for easier slicing. Slice into 16 even fudge squares and enjoy!
Keep the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve for up to 7 days.
