This giant cookie has an entire s'mores stuffed inside! It's ooey gooey and delicious. The perfect cookie when you can only have 'one' serving ;)

STEP 1: Mix together butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugars.

STEP 2: Add in egg yolk and vanilla and continue whisking.

STEP 3: Add in flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms.

STEP 4: Toss in chocolate chips.

STEP 5: Divide the dough in half. Place half on the bottom and add a s'mores on top.

STEP 6: Cover the rest of the cookie with the remaining dough.

STEP 7: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
