These Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are easy to make & incredibly fluffy. They are extra soft because of the bananas and melted butter used!

STEP 1: Whisk together cinnamon, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and quick oats.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, mash bananas.

STEP 3: Add in eggs, vanilla, and white sugar.

STEP 4: Whisk together the dry and wet ingredients. Avoid overmixing.

STEP 5: Add in mini chocolate chips.

STEP 6: Divide evenly between 12 liners. Bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.

Cool and enjoy. These muffins are seriously so easy!
