Preheat oven to 350°F
Separate the crescent roll dough into eight rectangles (2 of the crescents make one danish)
Coat each rectangle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Roll the dough up long side (see video above for better visual if confused), making coil-like shapes
Press each coil down to make room for the filling, and fill with apple pie filling. Do not fill above dough or else it will spill over while baking
Sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
Allow to slightly cool while the glaze is made (optional). Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk into bowl and mix until combined.
Drizzle glaze. Serving fresh out the oven and warm is my favourite!
