Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking tray (or two if you have two) with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat butter with sugars until smooth. This will take a few minutes. Your butter and sugar should be light and fluffy with no chunks of butter.
1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Add in peanut butter and mix in.
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Add in the egg and vanilla and continue mixing. It's important to mix for 2-3 minutes minimum to aerate the dough! This will produce chewy cookies.
    1 egg, 1 tbsp vanilla
  • Toss in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Fold until little to no flour streaks appear. The dough will be soft.
1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Add in all of your add-ins and fold in.
1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter cups, 1/2 cup Reese's Easter eggs, 1/3 cup potato chips, 1/3 cup pretzels
  • Scoop 6 cookies at a time onto your baking sheet. Bake one tray at a time for 11-13 minutes. The cookies will have a soft inside, and crisp edge.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
