Prep: Melt the butter and allow it to cool. Slice the strawberries into small pieces and set aside to use later. Lastly, zest the orange to use later.
1/3 cup unsalted butter, 2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, Zest of 1 orange
In a medium-sized bowl, add in the dry ingredients. Stir together and set aside.
2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsps baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp salt
In a large-sized bowl, add in white sugar and eggs. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Add the orange zest in and continue whisking.

Add the butter and oil in and keep on whisking.

Add the yogurt and vanilla in and mix until well combined.

With a spatula, mix the dry and wet ingredients together until a soft cake batter forms. Do not over-mix!
Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
In the bowl with the sliced strawberries, add 1 tbsp of flour. Mix around until evenly coated. This will prevent the berries from sinking as they bake.
Sprinkle the strawberries evenly on top of the cake, then sprinkle the streusel.
Bake the cake for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, slice, and enjoy!
