Condensed Milk Banana Bread Bars

Ania
Condensed Milk Banana Bread Bars are like banana bread in bar form! They are moist, tender squares that come together in one bowl. They have sweetened condensed milk in them that helps keep them soft for days. So good!

Instructions

  • Grease the pan. For easy removal of the brownies, place parchment paper on the bottom and 2 sides of the pan. Grease again and then set aside. Preheat the oven to 350℉
  • Using a fork, mash the bananas. Add into a large bowl.
    1 1/4 cups bananas
  • Add in white sugar, eggs, condensed milk, oil and vanilla. Whisk until well combined (1-2 minutes).
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt. Using a spatula, gently fold until a batter forms. Do not over-mix!
2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Toss in the chocolate chips and mix in a few times. Do not over-mix!
    3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  • Bake the bars for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs and not wet batter.
  • Cool, slice, and enjoy!
