4 Ingredient No Bake Cheerio Bars

These Cheerio bars are super quick and easy and only require 4 basic ingredients! They combine creamy peanut butter with sweet maple syrup, Cheerios, and oats. What a great no bake treat!
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the maple syrup and peanut butter together in the microwave or using a double boiler method. Once melted, allow to cool for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the cheerios, oats, and nuts (optional). Stir and mix together.
Pour the peanut butter maple syrup mixture in and with a spatula, gently stir until the dry ingredients are completely and evenly coated.
Transfer into the prepared pan and press down firmly. I find it's easiest to press down firmly using the bottom of a glass.
Place in the fridge to set (about 1 hour) or in the freezer (about 30 minutes). Once set, slice and enjoy!
