These are easy and delicious 4 ingredient coconut oatmeal bars. They are super chewy and exploding in coconut flavour in every bite!

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉/190℃. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a pot over low heat, melt the coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk together. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
    1 cup canned coconut milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Transfer into a bowl and add the oats and shredded coconuts. Mix together until all combined.
    2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut, 3 cups rolled oats
  • Add into the prepared pan and spread evenly and press down firmly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely, then slice and enjoy!
