Preheat the oven to 375℉/190℃. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a pot over low heat, melt the coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk together. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
1 cup canned coconut milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Transfer into a bowl and add the oats and shredded coconuts. Mix together until all combined.
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut, 3 cups rolled oats
Add into the prepared pan and spread evenly and press down firmly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely, then slice and enjoy!
