This banana cinnamon roll cake has lots of banana flavour and a cinnamon sugar swirl. It’s drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze too!

STEP 1: Whisk the butter, eggs, sour cream, bananas, and vanilla.

STEP 2: Whisk in brown sugar.

STEP 3: Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, cornstarch, and salt.

STEP 4: Make the cinnamon filling by mixing butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

STEP 5: Spread the banana cake batter and swirl the cinnamon filling

STEP 6: Bake for 45-60 minutes.
