Fudgy Biscoff Brownies

These Biscoff brownies are super fudgy and soft. They have Biscoff spread inside the brownies and are a no mixer recipe!

STEP 1: Whisk cocoa powder, white sugar, and brown sugar.

STEP 2: Add in melted butter, then whisk in eggs and vanilla.

STEP 3: Mix in flour. The brownie batter will be thick.

STEP 5: Toss in chopped dark chocolate.

STEP 6: Add half of the batter into an 8x8 pan and the Biscoff spread on top.

STEP 7: Add the remaining batter. Swirl extra Biscoff spread and crushed cookies on top.

STEP 8: Bake at 325°F, cool completely, and enjoy!
