These are fudgy espresso brownies perfect for 2! It is a small batch recipe that is baked in an 9×5 loaf pan in under 30 minutes.

STEP 1: Whisk together   hot melted butter, espresso, and chocolate chips.

STEP 2: Add in sugar, then egg and vanilla.

STEP 4: Add in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.

STEP 5: Mix in chocolate chips.

STEP 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy! This makes 6 brownies total.
