Brown Butter Coffee Cake is a soft coffee cake full of brown butter and layered with sweet cinnamon sugar streusel. It is my all-time favourite coffee cake recipe!

STEP 1: Make the streusel and set aside.

STEP 2: Whisk sour cream, eggs, milk, and brown butter.

STEP 2: Whisk in brown sugar and white sugar.

STEP 3: Gently fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 4: Add half of the batter in.

STEP 5: Sprinkle with half of the streusel, then layer again and top off with streusel.

STEP 6: Bake for 40 minutes, drizzle with icing, and enjoy!
