Sour Cream  Banana  Muffins

These are sweet Banana Muffins! It uses leftover bananas. They are soft, fluffy, & so good!

STEP 1: Whisk eggs, sour cream, oil, vanilla, brown sugar, and bananas.

STEP 2: Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and cornstarch.

It will look like this!

STEP 3: Scoop into liners.

STEP 4: Sprinkle white sugar on top.

STEP 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool, and enjoy!
