Cinnamon Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft and chewy cookies with crisp edges. Using brown butter adds a strong gourmet flavour! No mixer required!

STEP 1: Whisk together  brown butter and brown sugar.

STEP 2: Add egg and vanilla and continue whisking.

STEP 3: Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. 

STEP 4: Fold until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.

STEP 5: Add in pecans and dark chocolate chips.

STEP 6: Roll into 9 even balls and chill for 1 hour.

STEP 7: Bake at 350°F. Best eaten warm out of the oven!
