Chewy Maple Pumpkin Cookies

Maple Pumpkin Cookies are large chewy cookies. They are a no chill and no mixer recipe. It's made with brown butter to give it more a gourmet taste, and rolled with cinnamon sugar before baking!

STEP 1: Whisk together browned butter and dark brown sugar.

STEP 2: Add in maple syrup, egg yolk, pumpkin, and vanilla. Continue whisking.

STEP 3: Toss in all of the dry ingredients and spices and fold. Dough will be very soft.

STEP 4: Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar mixture.

STEP 5: Bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes or the middle is slightly puffy.

STEP 6: Allow to cool and enjoy!

STEP 7: These cookies stay soft on your counter for days! They are so good!
