Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies have soft middles and crisp edges. It's got dark brown sugar, chocolate chunks, & a sprinkle of sea salt. No mixer required!

STEP 1: Whisk brown butter, sugars, and vanilla.

STEP 2: Add the egg and continue whisking.

STEP 3: Fold in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

STEP 4: Add in chopped chocolate.

STEP 5: Roll the cookies into 12 even balls. Chill for 20 minutes in the fridge.

STEP 5: Bake at 350°F for 9-10 minutes. The cookies will look slightly underdone in the middle.

STEP 6: Sprinkle sea salt & enjoy!
