Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Muffins

These are tangy-sweet lemon blueberry muffins! It uses  ricotta cheese inside. They are moist, light & so good!

STEP 1: Whisk zest, white sugar, and eggs.

STEP 2: Add in ricotta, lemon juice, oil, and milk.

STEP 3: Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.

STEP 4: Add in blueberries.

STEP 5: Scoop into liners.

STEP 6: Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.

These muffins are so simple to make!
