Welcome to 'What's the scoop?' episode 2, where I share weekly no churn ice cream that you can make all summer long. Today's recipe is for my brownie lovers!

This homemade brownie M&M ice cream is ready with minimal prep and delivers the perfect mix of chewy, crunchy, and creamy in every bite. The best part is that you don't need an ice cream maker!

This no-churn brownie ice cream recipe is so good. The combination of creamy ice cream with fudgy brownies and chocolate M&M's is so delicious.

If you're looking for an easy no-churn ice cream recipe packed with chocolate flavor, this 5-ingredient dessert is sure to become a new favorite! It's perfect for summer parties, birthdays, and a quick family treat.

    Step by step instructions

Here is how to make and bake this no churn 5 ingredient brownie M&M ice cream. You will need a loaf pan, 2 mixing bowls, a spatula, and an electric hand-held mixer.

Step 1: Whisk heavy cream. Add 35% heavy whipping cream to your bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes on high).

Step 2: Add in condensed milk and vanilla. Gently fold the condensed milk and vanilla in until completely combined.

Step 3: Mix add-ins. Add the brownie chunks and M&M's and mix in.

Step 4: Transfer. Add the ice cream mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly. Then sprinkle extra brownie chunks and M&M's on top.

Step 5: Freeze. Cover with saran wrap and place into the freezer. The ice cream must freeze for minimum 6 hours or overnight. Once ready, scoop and serve!

My favorite way to eat this is with melted chocolate drizzled on top. It hardens and forms a delicious chocolate shell! I'm obsessed.
